The Touch Research Institute at the University of Miami School of Medicine reported in a recent study that employees who received 15-minute massages twice a week at work were more alert and adept at math problems, as well as less stressed and depressed than those who spent their time relaxing in other ways. Wellness at the work place can contribute to increased overall employee productivity and efficiency.
