Monica L. Smith attended the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy and graduated  in 2001.  PSMT was a therapeutic and medically based program of instruction.  The school was AMTA and COMTA accredited which Monica feels strongly influenced and directed her steps in massage therapy.  Her continuing education has been based around modalities that are therapeutic in nature, some of which included Myofascial Release Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching.  Pennsylvania currently does not license massage therapists, however in 2002 Monica became certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  Their test is recognized in states which licensure has been achieved.

Each client is like a jig-saw puzzle.  Monica feels, through an exchange of information, she can help clients to discover, educate, and fill in the missing pieces of their health.  The human body is so incredibly designed to regenerate.  She hopes Body Therapy of Bucks County will have the opportunity to rejuvenate you.
